Having lived in & travelled most of Asia, I fell in love with the cuisine: fresh, flavourful, versatile, creative & healthy. That’s why we created NOUSH, so you can enjoy it too!
Brian Codd – Co-founder
Coming from Southeast coast of Vietnam, my world revolves around food & healthy eating. I moved to Ireland to study my masters at UCD Smurfit, achieving a 1st class honours in Food Business Strategy. I’m also a qualified IIN Health Coach. It’s been a dream of mine to bring the taste of Southeast VN to the Southeast of Ireland. Looking forward to seeing everyone enjoy my cooking.

We had a lovely experience on our visit to Noush today. We ordered three Bánh Mi sandwiches and some Egg Coffees. The sandwiches were really tasty, with fresh crunchy veggies and tender meat (We had both Chicken and Beef). The sauces complimented each other and the coriander made for a really bright delicious sambo!
Never tried an egg coffee before, and we were delighted to give them a bash! Absolutely lovely, and the perfect sweet kick after the Sandwiches.
Can't wait to come back.

I only stopped by today and the staff a lovely lady and gentleman very friendly and I would say very professional and passionate about good quality food. I ordered the vegetarian option and it was delicious. Will defiently call again now I know about it.

Absolutely hands down the best coffee In town. The most welcoming and polite staff. Sushi is delicious and fresh. Brian is such a gentlemen. Myself and my Gran are hooked. Such an easy spot to get to and so convenient. We don’t even have to say our order now we go there so much.
